PRE-POINTE/POINTE
The transition to pointe work is one of the most exciting and significant milestones in a ballerina's journey. Our Pre-Pointe/Pointe program is designed to guide students through this crucial stage, ensuring they develop the strength, technique, and confidence needed to achieve this goal safely and gracefully.
Pre-Pointe
During this phase, dancers focus on building strength and refining their alignment and technique. Through targeted exercises for feet, ankles, legs, and core, students develop the stability and control required for pointe work. They also learn essential practices for injury prevention and foot care.
Pointe
Once ready, students transition to pointe shoes. Pointe classes focus on advancing skills such as balance, turns, and intricate combinations, with an emphasis on safety and gradual progression.
