Pre-School in Dance
The Pre-School Dance Curriculum is designed to capture and nurture young children’s natural joy of movement and self-expression. This curriculum provides a supportive, child-friendly environment that fosters exploration, independence, and social interaction. It focuses on developing foundational movement skills, musical awareness, creativity, and emotional expression. Through themed classes, students build confidence, focus, and a strong sense of participation that prepares them for Pre-Primary levels. This class integrates both the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus and the American Ballet Theatre Curriculum. It is tailored for children between the ages of 3-4 years and typically lasts no longer than 45 minutes.
Pre-Primary Dance
This syllabus serves as a transitional step toward higher levels of ballet. It focuses on further developing students’ physical abilities, fostering independence, and enhancing stamina. The curriculum incorporates expression and musicality through a diverse range of sounds and styles, helping students deepen their understanding of music and rhythms. For this class, we blend both the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus and the American Ballet Theatre Curriculum. Designed for students aged 4-5 years, the class typically lasts no longer than 45 minutes
R.A.D Primary in Dance
This syllabus enhances students’ physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression, and musicality through a variety of sounds and musical styles. It prepares students for a smooth transition to more formal representations of ballet and other dance genres at higher levels. Designed for students aged 6 years, this class marks the transition from a 45-minute session to a full hour, providing a more in-depth exploration of technique and performance.
R.A.D Grades 1-3
Grades 1-5 in the R.A.D Dance syllabus provide a comprehensive practical dance education, focusing on the development of technical, musical, and performance skills.
The Grade Dance Syllabus encompasses three essential dance disciplines:

R.A.D Grades 4-5
Grades 4-5 in the R.A.D Dance syllabus offer a comprehensive, practical dance education that emphasizes the development of technical, musical, and performance skills.

This Grade Syllabus serves as a crucial transition for students preparing to enter the Vocational level of the R.A.D.

R.A.D Vocational Grades
The Vocational Grade Dance syllabus offers an in-depth exploration of ballet, focusing on the development of technique, musicality, and performance skills. This syllabus introduces pointe work for female candidates, preparing students for a potential career in dance. It is designed for students aged eleven and older. To ensure progression, students are expected to attend a minimum of three classes per week at the lowest level, with the frequency increasing as they advance through higher levels. Additionally, Intermediate Foundation through Advanced 2 levels require a mandatory weekly Stretch and Tone class to support physical development and technique refinement.
Teen Ballet & Open Ballet Classes
Our open ballet classes are organized into multiple levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Teen. These classes focus solely on ballet technique and incorporate the American Ballet Theatre Curriculum, Cuban Methodology, and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Designed for dancers looking to enhance their ballet technique or solidify ballet terminology and concepts, these classes are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Unlike a traditional syllabus, these sessions are crafted by our experienced teachers to provide a personalized approach, ensuring the best possible progress for every participant.
